Kokema Oy supplies steel grille doors manufactured by its partner Stackdoor Products BV. The Dutch company Stackdoor Products BV has operated in the industry for more than 30 years. Steel grille doors are intended for facades, entrances and interior spaces where a stylish and максимально transparent solution is required without compromising security. Stackdoor Products BV steel grille doors meet the requirements of burglary resistance classes 2 and 3 (EN 1627) and are therefore suitable for applications where effective and durable burglary protection is required. Thanks to their unique design and technology, Stackdoor steel grille doors can also be installed in angled or curved door openings, such as revolving doors, without unnecessary loss of space. The doors are manufactured to the customer’s dimensions, and our professional installation service covering all of Finland ensures flexible installation.

CONSTRUCTION

The Stackdoor steel grille door consists of 30 x 15 mm steel profiles and 8 mm thick steel bars. The profile material can be either steel or stainless steel. The maximum width of the steel grille door is 12,000 mm and the maximum height is 5,000 mm.

OPERATION

Stackdoor steel grille doors are always electrically operated. Standard motors are single phase tubular motors. Large doors use three phase motors. Instead of winding around a shaft, the Stackdoor steel grille door stacks vertically, with the steel bars disappearing inside the steel profiles. This makes it well suited even for confined spaces. The door can be manufactured to open either from bottom to top or from top to bottom, and it is operated by a key switch. The door can also be equipped with impulse control and thus connected to an access control system.

LOCKING

Thanks to its patented mechanism, the door locks automatically when closed, making it impossible to force the door upward.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Stackdoor steel grille doors are supplied as standard in a galvanized finish. The doors can also be powder coated in RAL Classic colours.
